Top notch! Jake did a fantastic job finding me the PERFECT place in this crazy real estate market. He helped me find a great mortgage broker, inspector and everything else that went along with my home purchase. He was able to provide listings of properties that I would have never considered and has a keen eye for what buyers and sellers are looking for. He has a passion for customer service. I’ve owned many houses, but as a recent widow I’ve never bought one by myself and certainly not during a pandemic. Plus I was trying to move from Texas back to Kansas City. Lots of challenges. But Tyler and Toni really took the time to show me houses carefully within the new Covid guidelines. Their expertise in home remodeling is an added bonus. This allows them to see potential problems and possible assets when viewing a property. But mostly they listened to what I needed in a home to start this new chapter.
